Compare the details line by line.
Are you comparing the same product?
- Same product version and intended use
- Material grade, thickness, finish, colors, dimensions, tolerances, and components stated in writing
- Quote matches the approved drawing, photo, sample, or specification sheet
What is included—and excluded?
- Unit price, currency, tooling, molds, setup, printing, labels, and customization
- Retail packaging, export cartons, shipping marks, pallets, and palletization
- Testing, compliance documents, inspection, rework, and any later charges
What are the real buying terms?
- MOQ for total order and each color, size, or variation
- Sample cost, sample timing, production lead time, and payment terms
- Applicable Incoterm, such as EXW, FOB, or CIF
Can they repeat it at scale?
- Quality-control checkpoints and acceptance standard
- Evidence of comparable production capability
- Written process for inspection failures, defects, changes, and corrections
What happens after the unit price?
- Samples, tooling, packaging, inspection, freight, insurance, brokerage, duties, tariffs, and delivery
- Warehousing, platform fees, returns, and expected defects
- Cost per saleable unit—not only factory unit price
